He leverages ten years of organizational learning and technology communications strategy in the commercial sector to help his clients understand and maximize the effectiveness of their business communication and sales goals. He has demonstrated experience in designing and implementing education and training curricula to promote public awareness, building sales force capability and organizational change campaigns for clients in various industries and market segments.

Mr. Belanger left a position with Brodeur Worldwide as Director of Online Communications located in Boston, MA to launch the Boston Intelligence Group, B.I.G., Inc., a global-minded consulting company, with market focus on organizational change and communications strategy. He continues to consult with B.I.G. on a project basis. While at Brodeur Worldwide, a global technology communications consultancy headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Jeff worked with global internal and external clients to bridge the gap between "offline" and online communications strategies, helping them implement strategic online communications programs that fit into their organizational and business goals. Prior to joining the Brodeur Worldwide family Mr. Belanger spent tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) on assignment to the Learning and Professional Development Center (LPD) in Tampa where he was engaged in rolling out the new global curriculum for Program and Project Management as a course designer, trainer and facilitator. He additionally played a significant role in developing and bringing to market PwC "e-Learning" and "Knowledge Management" services. His dual role required him to travel around the world to teach project management and team leadership skills in Sydney, Calcutta, Zurich, London, Calgary, and the Tampa PwC locations.

Mr. Belanger spent several years prior to PwC working for Burson-Marsteller, a global public relations and communications consulting firm, in several capacities and job titles. Jeff was the assistant to the Chief Knowledge Officer, whose task was to design, construct and launch "infodesk", a global KM infrastructure and set of tools designed in line with business and Knowledge Management objectives driven by Tom Bell, CEO Burson-Marsteller. Jeff's role was primarily focused on the internal training and "cultural impact" of moving to a KM and paper-free business environment. Jeff served in other roles during his tenure including, Webmaster for www.bm.com, Learning Designer and Specialist for BM University, Associate of Grassroots Communications and Online Communications Consultant for Healthcare, and Public Affairs clients.

Through his professional, educational and travel experience, Jeff has built a strong familiarity with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Belbin Team Roles, Multiple Intelligence Theories and Honey & Mumford Learning Styles Inventory and advance adult learning theory. He also has a theoretically and technically proficiency in educational simulation design, execution and e-Learning best practices.

Jeff is a graduate of St. John Fisher College, where he earned a BA in Political Science, Middle Eastern Studies. He spent a tenure at Richmond College, London, U.K. during his university years building a reputation and skill set in educational simulation design.
